Credit Card on File

Citrine Salon requires a credit card to be kept on file in support of our policies. Once your appointment is booked, a team member will connect with you to retrieve that information.

 

Cancellations & No Showing 

We value our clients and their time just as much as we value our staff and their time, therefore we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If for any reason a client is unable to make their appointment, please contact the salon to cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours of notice. If a less than 48-hour notice is given, then 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

In the event the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment and fails to give any notice, the client is considered a "no show" and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

Payments
We accept Cash or Card.
Please note: We do not accept American Express or checks.
Gratuity is gratefully accepted via Cash or Venmo, as we are unable to add tips to credit card transactions.

This consultation form allows Citrine Salon to gather the necessary information to thoughtfully schedule your future appointment. Once your appointment details are confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to securely collect a credit card on file in accordance with our booking policy.
